How does cooperative work differ from other company models?
Many confuse cooperative work with light entrepreneurship or the use of billing services. However, cooperatives are a decades-old company model that have served as a reliable form of entrepreneurship long before the development of light entrepreneurship services.
Euro Work was also established before the era of billing services to provide a more independent way of work for construction professionals. A cooperative is its own traditional form of business, operating similarly to a limited company. Cooperative members are cooperative entrepreneurs who work on behalf of Euro Work.
Unlike for a light entrepreneur, the social responsibilities of a cooperative entrepreneur can be easily verified through the “Reliable Partner” (Luotettava Kumppani) report. You can contact our office or directly the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries (Rakennusteollisuusliitto) if your company has falsely classified Euro Work’s cooperative entrepreneurs as light entrepreneurs, and you require assistance.
